Team Tryout Registration

13U Team Purple

Ready To Get Your Game On

By registering for Top Notch Volleyball Club tryouts, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Tryout Dates and Age Groups

  • 13U: October 11th, 2024

  • 15U: November 11th, 2024  Extended 11/8/2024

  • 18U: November 4th, 2024    Extended 11/8/2024

Registration Fee

  • A non-refundable fee of $10.00 is required for tryout registration.

  • Payment must be made by the designated tryout date for your age group.
     

OKRVA Registration

  • All participants must complete their OKRVA (Oklahoma Region Volleyball Association) registration before tryouts.

  • OKRVA fees are to be paid at the time of OKRVA registration.

  • OKRVA registration can be completed at https://okrva.com/registration/
     

Additional Terms

  1. Registration is not complete until both the tryout fee and OKRVA registration are processed.

  2. Tryout fees are non-transferable between players or to future seasons.

  3. Top Notch Volleyball Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tryouts if necessary.

  4. Participants must bring proof of OKRVA registration to the tryout.

  5. By registering, you acknowledge that volleyball is a physical activity with inherent risks.

  6. Top Notch Volleyball Club is not responsible for any injuries sustained during tryouts.

  7. Selection for the club team is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff.

  8. Registration does not guarantee a spot on a team.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • As stated, the $10.00 tryout fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • In the event of a tryout cancellation by Top Notch Volleyball Club, an alternate date will be provided

You are required to register with OKRVA prior to check in on dates listed on the right.

*Must bring your registration with you to tryouts

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the player listed below, hereby authorize and consent to their participation in the Top Notch Volleyball Club program for the 2024-2025 season. I agree to all club policies, procedures and financial obligations as outlined in the club handbook and on the club website. I understand that club volleyball requires a significant time and financial commitment, and I agree to support my child's participation to the best of my ability.Furthermore, I certify that my child has no known medical or physical conditions which could interfere with their safely participating in the club volleyball program. I authorize the club to act for me in case of any medical emergency in the event I cannot be reached.By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to abide by all club rules and policies. I agree to accept responsibility for the risks and hazards inherent in club sports participation. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the club, its coaches, administrators and representatives from any and all liability stemming from my child's participation in the program.
