Team Tryout Payment Policy Top Notch Elite Volleyball Club All athletes must complete the following payment requirements before participating in tryouts: Tryout Registration Fee $10.00 non-refundable tryout fee Must be paid before or at the time of tryouts Payment can be made online or in person No exceptions or deferrals will be permitted OKRVA Membership Registration All players must have a current OKRVA/USAV membership Registration must be completed through OKRVA website Junior indoor membership fee is $55.00 ($32.00 OKRVA fee + $23.00 USAV fee)1 Membership must be active prior to participating in tryouts Important Notes Registration Process Both the tryout fee and OKRVA membership must be completed separately Use legal names when registering (e.g., Elizabeth rather than Liz) Bring proof of OKRVA registration to tryouts Refund Policy The $10.00 tryout fee is non-refundable under any circumstances OKRVA membership fees are managed separately by the regional organization Documentation Required at Tryouts Proof of tryout fee payment Copy of OKRVA membership registration Completed medical release form
